I have booked the room for three nights with my husband. Beds were being big enough and the space was always clean. Staff members were pretty handy and friendly and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was good. Not a really social hotel at least all along our stay.

I have stayed for seven nights with my husband. Beds were cozy and the room was normally clean. The employees were being quite useful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was excellent. Not an extremely social hotel at least during our stay.

Great place, every thing is nearby. Staff members are tremendous friendly and useful and speak excellent English. There are actually activities each and every night and it´s a fantastic way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Wonderful quality for the price!

If you are travelling to Zermatt you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.
